Joey Lou & Naria (ZENA collective)

Techno, House and Breakbeats

Joey Lou is a performance artist, musician and DJ. Behind the decks, she spins for an audience with a penchant for breakbeat, minimal-melodic techno and 90s synth wave. She is still strongly influenced by early passion for queer club culture. Other than DJing, Joey Lou is also an activist and is a co-founder of the feminist ZENA collective.

Naria is a DJ who lives in Heidelberg and is also a co-founder of the feminist ZENA collective. With an ear for detail, Naria loves to explore experimental sounds, mixing diverse genres and setting a groovy atmosphere wherever she spins.  

ZENA stands for more presence from FLINTA* in the music scene. It aims to counteract stereotypes and defined gender roles through supporting  FLINTA* artists in club culture and thereby creating a more diverse music scene.
